Most services are done via remote support but onsite is available when needed. Support can be purchased in blocks of hours per month or on a project basis. Services outside of the contracted will be quoted and approved in writing with defined scope of work before the start of the project, this may include any discovery needed to scope out the if specialized research is needed.
